Buddies Courier provides professional courier and delivery services tailored to each client’s specific needs.

 

 

Payments

 

 

• Payment terms are agreed upon in advance through written agreements, invoices, or service confirmations.

• Payments may be due per delivery, per route, weekly, or per invoice, depending on client agreement.

• Accepted payment methods may include electronic payment, direct deposit, ACH, or other approved methods.

 

 

 

Refunds

 

 

Due to the nature of courier services:

 

• Completed deliveries are non-refundable

• Partially completed or attempted deliveries may be subject to partial charges

• No refunds will be issued for delays caused by weather, traffic, incorrect addresses, client errors, or circumstances beyond Buddies Courier’s control

 

 

Refunds, if applicable, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in writing.

 

 

Cancellations

 

 

• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee

• Emergency or urgent dispatches may be non-refundable once assigned
